Integration Specialist

Job Description

As our integration capabilities and the amount of data we receive from clients have increased, so has the complexity of our implementations and the technical knowledge required to help our clients and prospects. 

Because of this, we’re expanding our team to help support our clients, prospects and internal teams with integrations. We’re looking for a Support Specialist who wants to get into the details behind our integrations, how they work, why we use them and how they can benefit our clients. You’ll be a subject matter expert in the support team for incoming queries about our integrations for our clients and your colleagues around you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting clients in setting up and troubleshooting RGs range of integrations
  • Supporting Sales and CSMs with documentation for clients and prospects
  • Work closely with the Knowledge Base team to write and update the Success Portal articles
  • Act as subject matter expert for integrations within the Client Support teams
  • Attend and participate in troubleshooting and training sessions with clients from all locales
  • Contribute to client retention and renewal level improvement
  • Prioritize and handle client enquiries efficiently
  • Share knowledge and experience with your team members to ensure high standards and consistency across the department
  • Work closely with the Engineering team to raise bugs and improvements related to integrations

Skills

  • Experience in previous Product/Support roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail and the ability to evaluate and prioritise customer demands
  • Be excited to learn new things and curious to understand how everything links together
  • Flexible with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Interest in new and emerging technologies
