As visible, approachable representatives in our offices, the Experience Team tries to gauge how people are feeling every day and share advice and suggestions to continually evolve and nurture RG Culture. Protecting our culture means constantly dreaming up new ways to live our values - you’ll see our culture come to life through global and local events like office volunteer days, inspirational workshops, potluck lunches and even hosting the occasional virtual or in-office yoga class.

In 2016, we introduced RG Work Modes - our activity-based model of where to work for the task you have at hand. With over 75 different activities powering our Mission, we found eight common themes that enable these activities to succeed and called these our Work Modes. These modes were created through workshops where we researched, listened and spent a lot of time learning about our employees' existing work behaviours and habits.
This was followed by the four-year development and enhancement of our office spaces which would support these work modes and enable our employees to thrive. This process gave us a deeper, more rounded understanding of how to truly make Reward Gateway a better place to work by expanding our workspace to a hybrid of home, office and wherever you find yourself best able to do the work you need to focus on at any time.
