Our global product teams, based in Bulgaria, Portugal, the UK and the U.S., design and deliver a variety of world-class products that enable our clients to engage with and retain their employees. By listening to client feedback, analysing results and carrying out our own research, we bring everything together to deliver fantastic features that make the world a better place to work.

From liaising with Employee Support to working closely with our sales, marketing and client success teams, we’re involved at every stage of the product development and enhancement process. Our approach is based on simplicity and accessibility, so we’re constantly challenging the way things are done because we always believe we can be better.

Product Usability team

We’re the bridge between our users and the technology, ensuring that we continue to design and deliver world-class products. How? By researching, analysing, creating and testing prototype products to make sure that they’re intuitive, accessible and easy to use. In short, we’re responsible for the ‘human’ element in our products that solve our clients’ challenges and engage their employees.

Product Management team

We’re a global team that’s constantly defining, crafting and launching innovative new products and improvements to keep RG ahead of the market. Working with clients, we define how RG can add value to an employee engagement strategy and bring those products to life. We then work with RG teams to make sure they all understand what we’re offering and their role in creating a fantastic employee engagement platform.

Designing world-class products

You’ll be designing intuitive, high quality, accessible products.

Testing usability

As part of the design process, you’ll be testing prototypes and feeding back on their performance.

User research

To create the most usable products and services, you’ll gather feedback from a range of employees in our client base.

Owning a product

As a Product Manager, you’ll be the key source of knowledge on your particular product or service.

Leading improvements

We’re always looking for better ways to do things, so you’ll be behind major enhancement projects.
