We’re the bridge between our users and the technology, ensuring that we continue to design and deliver world-class products. How? By researching, analysing, creating and testing prototype products to make sure that they’re intuitive, accessible and easy to use. In short, we’re responsible for the ‘human’ element in our products that solve our clients’ challenges and engage their employees.

Working with clients, we define how RG can add value to an employee engagement strategy and bring those products to life. We then work with RG teams to make sure they all understand what we’re offering and their role in creating a fantastic employee engagement platform.
You’ll be designing intuitive, high quality, accessible products.
As part of the design process, you’ll be testing prototypes and feeding back on their performance.
To create the most usable products and services, you’ll gather feedback from a range of employees in our client base.
As a Product Manager, you’ll be the key source of knowledge on your particular product or service.
We’re always looking for better ways to do things, so you’ll be behind major enhancement projects.
