Our Sales teams are often the first point of call for our clients. This involves building strong relationships to understand potential clients’ needs, educate them on possible solutions and qualify them as future customers. Then we’ll act as consultants, guiding potential clients through the programme journey, recommending the right solutions and bringing their employee engagement platform to life.
Join us and you’ll discover a challenging, fast-moving and supportive team that adapts quickly to changing requirements and pulls together to get things done. We’re a high-achieving team who genuinely enjoy educating and exciting clients about our solutions and the positive impact we can have on their employees. It’s about pushing boundaries, being bold and keeping up-to-date with the latest technology to make the world a better place to work, for their business and for their people.
No two days are the same, so you’ll be using a variety of approaches to connect with HR leaders.
Our teams in the UK, U.S. and Australia regularly share insights, learnings and best practice.
Many of our clients are global organisations, so you’ll be liaising with other RG sales teams to service potential clients.
You’ll be showcasing one of our products in response to requests.
When potential clients need guidance on how to get the most from our solutions, we’re on hand to offer knowledgeable advice.
We aim to make the world a better place to work for you, as well as for our clients. So, you’ll have a personal development plan, including a pathway for promotion so you can see how you can develop your career. You’ll be part of a supportive team that encourages knowledge sharing, both locally and globally, so you’ll have plenty of on-the-job opportunities to learn about our products.
At the same time, you’ll have access to a range of internal and external training opportunities, covering everything from negotiating and pitching to personal skills, such as coping with rejection and how to remain persistent.
