In Client Success, we’re at the heart of RG’s relationship with our clients. From understanding what the client wants from their programme, to identifying the right solutions, supporting the initial implementation and managing the ongoing relationship, we make sure clients get the most from our services. By acting as trusted advisors and introducing new relevant products, we make sure clients are wowed by RG’s service and come back to us again and again.

What you'll be doing
Onboarding a new client
Making sure the platform works smoothly and does what it should.
Updating on performance
Taking a client through insights on their programme’s performance and highlighting any areas for improvement.
Introducing new products
Walking a client through a new product to showcase how it will support their employee engagement.
Client events
Promoting or presenting at a client event or webinar on the latest trends in employee engagement.
Product launches
Launching and developing promotion campaigns to promote new products to clients’ employees.
Developing your career
