Client Support at RG
Based in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, our Client Support teams give clients the best possible levels of service and support, by making sure they have the tools they need to engage their employees. That means we offer 24 hour support, five days a week, for clients in the UK, Ireland, U.S., Australia and Canada to help them run their employee programmes by giving them fantastic service.

It’s an atmosphere that encourages collaborative working to give clients outstanding service and help them deal with any issues. That means it’s a busy, energetic office, as we work as a team to support our clients - so, the unlimited supply of free coffee and snacks definitely helps!
Day shift Client Support team
We aim to offer clients around the world all the support they need to manage their employee engagement platform around the clock, five days a week. Our day shift teams operate on a variety of work patterns, with the earliest starting at 8am and the latest finishing at 11pm. This ensures that we’re always ready to support clients when they need us.
Night shift Client Support team
To give our global clients the best possible service, we have a small night shift team that operates on a schedule that starts at 10pm, with the last shift ending at 9am. It’s our job to make sure clients have all the support they need so they and their employees get the most from our platform, products and services. That means offering one-to-one support, as well as assessing product performance and feeding back on required improvements.
What you'll be working on
Supporting worldwide clients
From the UK and Ireland to the U.S., Canada and Australia.
Live chats or calls
You’ll be dealing with clients on a variety of media to support them in running their engagement platform.
Improving our services
Talking to clients, gathering feedback and suggesting developments so we continually improve our service.
Testing new products
You’ll help us to trial new products or features by assessing client reactions.
Updating your knowledge
We’ll train you in all our new and upgraded products, so you give clients the best possible service.
Developing your career
