Free Eye Test
Take a free eye test every two years. All you need to do is choose your optician, pay for it and then expense it. The cost of the test will be refunded to you, simples!
If you’re in Bulgaria, your free eye test is part of the additional health care cards meaning it can be either free or fully expensed through the service.
Free Flu Jab
Whether it’s a change of season, nasty bugs brought home from nursery, coughs and colds at home we want to ensure we protect you and your family in the best way possible and prevent any illness. That’s why all year round this benefit provides you with free flu jabs. It’s not compulsory, but for those who want it or feel either you or your family are at risk, we’ll cover the cost.

Level Up Travel
We understand that it can be highly stressful when legal medical assistance is required, and you can't easily access it due to geographic challenges.
This is why we have introduced Level Up Travel, primarily focusing on financial support for those needing to travel for required medical care. Reward Gateway will reimburse up to $2500 (or local equivalent) towards your cost of travel and accommodation.
Additionally, employees can take three days of fully paid Medical leave (separate from your annual leave/PTO/other leave allowances) to allow time for travel to and from your procedure.

Mental Health needs protecting just as much as your physical health. That’s why we levelled up our employees with nearly 10% of the entire RG team being trained as Mental Health First Aiders.

Medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents (USA)
We believe every employee should have access to comprehensive health care choices when it comes to cost, coverage, and providers. All US employees are offered medical, dental, and vision insurance plans for themselves and their dependents. RG covers 80% of the medical plan and every employee has the eligibility to enroll for dental and vision.
Though progress has been made in many areas of wellbeing one in four menopausal women say they don’t get support from their managers. Many menopausal women suffer in silence at work and we want to change that.
Menopause is very natural. It is not an awkward or embarrassing topic to talk about.

RG Run Club
Running is a holistic activity that positively impacts your physical and mental health and joining the #RGRunClub is an opportunity for you to focus on staying fit and healthy in a fun and accessible way.
It also gives you access to The Official 5K Runner® Couch to 5K app for FREE! With 5* feedback from over 16,000 users, we're confident that even if you’ve never run before, Couch to 5k can get you moving and feeling fit and healthy and moving closer towards your individual wellbeing goals.
It takes 8 Weeks, 3 Times a week, 30 minutes per session. Perfect to fit around flexible working. You can do it anywhere, no travel costs involved, so great for saving money too. Give it a go and see how you get on!

RG Safely Home
Safely Home provides all employees globally with the option to expense a taxi to leave any situation where they need to leave for fear of personal safety without having to worry about the cost.
The benefit has been made to ensure that every employee has peace of mind to leave any situation where they feel unsafe.
It means RG will look after you should circumstances change on a night out, and you find you’re on your own and need a safe way home.
And, it gives you a safe option should travel plans get disrupted and delays cause hours of waiting at train stations or places where you feel unsafe.
It’s also very easy to use. Simply expense your receipt and will reimburse the cost in 14 days. It’s never been so simple to get safely home!

Trans & Gender Affirmation Support
We recognise that specialised support for transgender people is crucial to the wellbeing of any individual going through gender affirmation and transition. The wellbeing of our people is of the utmost importance to us, and we want to show our support to any RG employee during this time in their life.
Our Trans & Gender Affirmation Support provides up to four weeks fully paid leave for employees to take the time they need to recover after gender affirmation procedures. Fully flexible working as we understand that often the process means long distance travel for appointments, and that these may be given at short notice. You’ll receive £500 worth of boom! Points to go towards a new wardrobe at a fashion retailer of their choice and Salary Advance to help with prescription and medical expenses. Alongside this the support plan provides personal wellbeing coaching, Employee Assistance Programme and in RG spaces you’ll find Gender neutral bathrooms and visible pronouns.
