Our Boston office boasts breathtaking views of the city and harbour, flooding the space with natural light and providing topnotch amenities. Conveniently located in Downtown Boston, the office is within walking distance of both North and South Station, as well as the Red, Blue, Orange, and Green T lines.

This office brings together employees from Edenred and Reward Gateway, fostering collaboration and innovation across teams and products. Our London office serves as an HR hub for our employees, clients, contractors, partners and prospects. The Melbourne office is located in the WeWork suite, offering a fantastic range of facilities, including a well-kept kitchen, expansive open-plan collaboration spaces, meeting rooms and exceptional end-of-trip amenities. The WeWork community team hosts weekly events and breakfasts, along with drinks and nibbles on most Fridays. Infused with the RGER vibe, our office features plenty of healthy snacks and some indulgent treats to round out the day. Situated in a prime CBD location opposite Spencer St Station, the office is conveniently close to numerous cafes, delicious lunch spots and fantastic bars within walking distance.

Our Melbourne team is deeply immersed in the RGER culture, participating in celebrations like PRIDE, attending comedy shows and joining forces to run for charity and pack dinners for OzHarvest. The Australian teams, including Melbourne, support flexible working arrangements and follow a hybrid model with a minimum of two office days. This approach allows for RGER magic to flourish through in-person collaboration while maintaining balance in our personal lives.

This focus on function over form drives every design decision in our Plovdiv office, aiming to provide the best office experience possible. The office is situated on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Kamenitsa Office Park building at 59 Iztochen Blvd, surrounded by several restaurants, gyms with pools, and various grocery stores.

Our Plovdiv office is home to essential teams, including Support, Finance Operations, a significant portion of the People team, Product teams, Customer Success, Sales, Account Management, Implementation, Customer Design, and Retail Support. This workspace is designed to enhance productivity, collaboration, and employee satisfaction, with designated areas reflecting our core values of focus, teamwork, creativity, and mental wellbeing. Perched on the top floor, the Sydney office features a stunning garden room adorned with lush green plants and a large sunroof that lets in an abundance of natural light. The office includes well-equipped meeting rooms and colourful booth-style rooms for calls. In the fully functional kitchen, team members often bake scones and prepare roasts for community lunches. A mix of sit-stand desks and open-plan shared areas encourages collaboration among employees. Located in Australia Square Plaza, the office is conveniently close to Wynyard Station and just above Ryan’s bar. Coffee enthusiasts will find many excellent roasters nearby, as well as a variety of lunch options.

The Sydney team enjoys taking in the stunning skyline and water views during walking meetings or relaxing in the kitchen, sharing stories and photos from their weekends. Our team thrives on challenges and is dedicated to giving back to the community, often organising events focused on charitable efforts. Like our Melbourne colleagues, the Sydney teams follow a flexible working model with a minimum of two office days, fostering collaboration and personal balance.
