Employee Assistance Program

Sometimes it can be difficult to balance the pressures of work and home life. Your Employee Assistance Programme, also known as our EAP,  is here to provide caring support to both your and your immediate family. Our aim is for you to have the professional support you need in stressful, confusing or challenging situations so rather than feeling overwhelmed, you can feel informed and in control. 

There are so many things this benefit and team of experts can help with - Financial, tax, legal and medical information, relationship or family issues, child support, Housing concerns, gambling, alcohol or addiction problems, domestic abuse, consumer rights, retirement, grief… just to mention a few!

Whether you need someone to talk to or just want access to information, our EAP is available 24/7, and is completely confidential.

Mindfulness Programs

Free yourself from worry and anxiety with Allen Carr's mindfulness seminar. This program strips away the illusions that leave us prey to negative thoughts and behaviors, showing us how to gain clarity and control if we focus on who we truly are rather than being distracted by those things that harm and trouble us. The key to peace of mind lies within.

There are two ways to join, and both show you how you have the power to achieve this happy state quickly, easily, and without making any sacrifices. No experience of Mindfulness or Allen Carr's Easyway method is required or expected in either session.

Personal Wellbeing Allowance

We want to support you on your wellbeing goals. That’s why this benefit gives you an annual personal wellbeing allowance every financial year to spend on wellbeing activities. Whethere it be counseling, meditation, yoga, or anything else that may care for your mind, this allowance was designed to provide you with the support you need.  You can spend it all at once or a small portion with every window during the financial year. 

Personal Wellbeing Coach

This benefit provides high-quality, fully confidential 1-2-1 wellbeing coaching delivered in the workplace, remotely. We love how it provides Mental Health support completely tailored to your personal preference and situation. 

While it straddles the line between therapy and coaching, our coaches adjust their style to meet clients where they’re at – whether it’s a more therapeutic, nurturing approach, or a more goal-oriented, coaching approach.  

Each session is 45-minutes long. The coach will generally use the last five minutes of the session to close what has been discussed within the session and ensure that you’re ready to leave. This benefit is incredibly popular with our Sales and Service teams and many RG employees all over have benefited from having extra help on hand when faced with the bigger challenges life and work can bring. Mind content from our Wellbeing Center

A collection of mindfulness audios and tips to reduce stress, increase productivity and help you sleep better. We help employees nurture mind and body with expert content from the Wellbeing Center. 

Yoga / Meditation Library

Flexible working means you can make well-being part of your everyday. Especially with our on-demand Yoga and meditation sessions. There’s so much inspiration to be found with virtual tuition right at your fingertips it’s a whole lot easier to access. The Wellbeing Centre has heaps of instructors, flows and practises available making Mindful moments so much easier to master.
