We believe in celebrating life’s big and little moments, so to help you celebrate your new little bundle of joy, we provide a baby bonus benefit. The bonus is paid up to two months before your new baby is due or adopted or if you’re in Bulgaria it will be paid soon as you share the Birth Certificate with us. It should be paid to you just in time to help out with all of those extras you need to buy for your new little one and extra goodness - RG will cover the tax on it.
We want our employees with carer responsibilities to have the support they need. This is why we’ve created a support bundle which includes an Employee Assistance Programme, Personal Wellbeing Coaching, a Hub filled with Carer Support and Information and an online community which is an employee-led initiative to share advice, information and support with others in a similar position. Domestic Violence Protection Program
We recognise that unfortunately in some cases relationships can break down and this can lead to abuse, and violence, not just physical, it can be emotional and/or psychological too. Those who experience abuse are often stifled and silenced, so the safety and wellbeing of our People must come first. We want to reassure you that RG will support, understand and empathize with your situation and will support you by providing Extra Support to Report, Proactive Victim Protection and Financial Support for Legal Action.
Our Domestic Violence Support to Report hub on boom! shares the local and national support and advice agencies. Our aim is to help you to access advice on financial, health and housing advice as well as legal assistance specially focused for victims of domestic abuse.
Reward Gateway provides 10 additional days fully paid leave to our employees to help them to leave any abusive environment and seek refuge. Our aim is to help them find safe time to leave and help ease the financial burden as a victim settles themselves in a new home.
The safety of our people is critical to Reward Gateway. We want our people to know we support, value and empathize with their situation and this is why we will provide financial support to any individual wanting to take legal action against any perpetrator of domestic violence.
We are committed to providing an environment that supports the wellbeing of our employees - physically and mentally. Infertility can be difficult for individuals and couples to go through. For those who choose fertility treatments, it can be extremely expensive and both physically and emotionally draining. Gender Neutral Miscarriage and Baby Loss Support
1 in 4 pregnancies ends in miscarriage and pregnancy loss. The loss of a child through miscarriage or other forms of baby loss can be a devastating experience inflicting a huge amount of sadness and grief. It can also impact LGBTQIA+ employees due to the additional challenges for same-sex couples wanting to have a baby. We understand that men are also equally affected and may struggle with their own emotions while supporting their partners through this challenging time. To support our all employees through this challenging time, we provide up to four weeks’ additional paid leave, that means that it does not count towards sickness absence or holiday
We have fully flexible working to enable attendance to all medical appointments and support a return to work after pregnancy loss. Individual support from our People Team with reasonable adjustments to enable you to work and individual, confidential Mental Health Coaching Support is available alongside our comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme.

With our Life Assurance benefit we aim to remove the worry of what should happen to your family's finances in the very unfortunate event of your death. Sometimes known as Life Insurance or Death in Service, you can feel more confident that your family will be taken care of knowing that Reward Gateway pays out four times your annual base salary to your chosen beneficiaries should you happen to die.

Parental Support Loan
The RG Parents Network spoke up and we listened! They told us that they need assistance balancing work and family with unexpected and expensive childcare costs. So, to make childcare more affordable, we offer the Parent Support Loan. You can apply for up to one months salary in advance so you can use the extra money to help with childcare costs and then pay it off in easy monthly installments from your net salary.
Pets are a part of the RG Family, and the love and compassion they provide has inspired our "Pet Rescue" benefit. It's a benefit that provides financial support for any animal rescued from a shelter and adopted as a pet. You can apply for it twice yearly - that's two rescue animal adoptions per Financial Year!
