Due to growth and expansion, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Product Manager. In this role, you will be helping us create amazing experiences for our users that support our mission.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end design from early definition and research through to solution and product development
Supporting and liaising with our User Research team in the early design phases
Proactively guiding design decisions with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders
Designing and producing well-thought-out Designs based on research and data.
Following and evolving our design language to achieve best-in-class UI
Conducting and running usability testing on your designs

Skills

Minimum five years of industry experience in designing across web and mobile apps using evidence to drive solutions
Exposure to agile software development and B2B enterprise environments
Exposure to user-centric design practices and design thinking
You are a great communicator and team player
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
You are proactive, well-structured, and attentive to details
You have experience with designing for accessibility

Bonus:

Designing for motion and micro-interactions
Worked with some Frontend code and exposure to React Native
An interest in psychology or cognitive science

The Interview Process

Online interview with the Head of Product Design and a Product Designer
Final interview with the Head of Product Design and Group Product Manager
