Job Description

Reward Gateway|Edenred is a leading digital platform for services and payments for people at work, connecting 52 million users and 2 million partner merchants in 45 countries via over 1 million corporate clients. 

Due to our growth and expansion, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of our product suite. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in product management, strong analytical and technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to influence team members and stakeholders across a global organisation to drive product success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a cross-functional product team responsible for creating a world-class product experience for partners, clients, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate closely with other product teams to identify and deliver on opportunities that align with our north star metric: daily active users.
  • Define and monitor team KPIs, contribute to the wider product group OKRs, and align your team around the product vision and strategy.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to deeply understand user pain points, needs, and desires.
  • Work with engineers to scope, deliver, and iterate on product features, ensuring they are valuable, easy to use, and commercially viable.
  • Lead backlog prioritisation and scrum ceremonies, managing product and engineering support requests.
  • Measure and analyse product performance, using data-driven insights to inform product iterations and improvements.
  • Communicate product progress, challenges, and successes to global stakeholders and team members, managing expectations and ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous innovation, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing within the product team.

Skills

  • A minimum of 3+ years of product management experience in a B2B and/or B2B2C context.
  • Can reason with data and present confidently, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Has strong analytical skills and experience with product analytics tools. 
  • Can lead a scrum team, set goals, and run continuous discovery and delivery.
  • Has excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence team members and stakeholders.
  • Has a strong understanding of user research, market analysis, and business fundamentals.
Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience working with digital products used by a technical user base.
  • Experience working with Integration, Platform, or Data products.
  • Experience in a B2B2C context.

  • Final stage interview with a Group Product Manager and the Chief Product Officer
