Due to growth and expansion, an opportunity has become available for a Product Operations Manager who will contribute to shaping our Product Operations. 

We are looking for a highly experienced and passionate Product Operations Manager or Senior Product Manager to maximise the performance and impact of our product teams and to optimize efficiency by creating and owning scalable and effective practices and processes across the product development lifecycle. 

Ideally, you’ve excelled in Product Operations at a SAAS company where you have experience in setting up effective product processes. As we look to grow the Product Ops function at Reward Gateway people management experience is advantageous although not essential.

Key Responsibilities

Practices & Processes
  • Accountable for owning the creation and ongoing improvement of practices, processes, tools, and documentation standards
  • Central point of contact between the Product organisation and its global stakeholders
  • Develop and oversee the process for product launches, coordinating internal stakeholders and reporting back key insights 
  • Develop a best-practice and scalable discovery process: standardized qualitative and quantitative research guides, standardized product results readout decks, and more
  • Optimize and oversee the process for incident management, ticket/support escalations, and key product processes 
Strategy & Planning 
  • Facilitate the Product Governance process with product leadership including prioritising opportunities and plan quarterly roadmaps
  • Define central product metrics/KPIs and set up reporting dashboards 
Tooling
  • Review the product tooling stack, provide training and expert guidance ensuring the team has the right tools to do the job 
Additional leadership/Senior Product Ops duties  
  • Lead the Product Operations function on a day-to-day basis and be a key counterpart to cross-functional product leadership
  • Identify and act on system-wide patterns creating operational challenges and then prioritize and orchestrate the work needed to solve them 
  • Recruit, lead, and develop the team to oversee market insight, data analysis and internal communications related to products 

Skills

  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in product operations, operations strategy, product analytics, business analysis, or similar roles that worked closely with both Operations and Product/Engineering teams 
  • Experience in Product Management in SAAS or related industries
  • Related qualification
  • Experience setting up product operations processes 
  • Proficiency using SQL, Excel, and data tables to deliver meaningful insights 
  • Strong project management skills 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
  • Proficient/Fluent English language skills (written and verbal)

The Interview Process

  • Online interview with the Senior Talent Partner. This will last no longer than 40 minutes
  • Final online interview with the Director of Product Ops and the VP of Product
