Collaborating and connecting is part of the “RG Magic” that makes our Product Team thrive. An opportunity has become available for a Product Manager to join our Bulgaria-based team and help us build and manage innovative products that delight our users.
The Product Manager will be responsible for understanding user needs, analyzing the market and competition, and working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and launch successful products. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to influence team members and stakeholders to drive product success.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to deeply understand user needs and identify opportunities for product improvements and new features
Analyze market trends and competition to inform product strategy and positioning
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to define product requirements and create a shared vision for the product
Set goals, prioritize tasks, and create detailed product plans to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
Measure and analyze product performance, using data-driven insights to inform product iterations and improvements
Communicate product progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders and team members, managing expectations and ensuring alignment with overall company objectives
Contribute to a culture of continuous innovation, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing within the product team
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business Management, or a related discipline
2+ years of experience in product management
Experience working in B2B or B2C product tech environments
Strong understanding of user research, market analysis, and business fundamentals
Ability to set goals, prioritize tasks, and manage projects effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence team members and stakeholders
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools
