At Reward Gateway, we recognise that there may be times when you need to support  long-term sick and terminally ill family members. At these times, especially during end-of-life care which can cause immense distress and anticipatory grief, it may be difficult to combine work, grieve, plan and carry out caring responsibilities. It can feel like your whole life has been turned upside down navigating the needs of your loved ones and planning for what's to come.

This is why at Reward Gateway, we provide every employee with the security of knowing we have our Family Leave benefit on hand to help. Whether it's a parent, a partner or a child, if they have a long-term illness, you can apply to take up to three months' paid leave to support them.

This programme adds an extra layer to our existing programmes, such as Parental Leave, Sabbaticals, Volunteering Leave, Flexible Annual Leave and Sickness. Together they provide many options to take time away by providing support and balance at different times of your life.
