M&A Operations Manager

An exciting opportunity has become available for a M&A Operations Manager to join our Business Operations team and manage operational tasks relating to all merger and  acquisition projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of all merger and acquisition projects
  • Work with the Business Insights team to oversee and ensure a smooth integration of data into RG systems relating to acquired company clients, partners & suppliers
  • Work with the finance team to ensure smooth transition of billing activity
  • Collaborate with the Client Success and Support teams to set up processes for monitoring and reporting on client integration activities
  • Review contracts and identify, track and report on trends and anomalies
  • Support the marketing team with client communication campaigns
  • Create a ticketing system for all incoming requests and queries into the M&A project team
  • Ad hoc projects relating to M&A project delivery
  • Document, implement and facilitate processes

  • Good stakeholder communication
  • Proactive self starter who can deal with some ambiguity in the role
  • Strong organisational and process management skills
  • Good project management skills
  • Above average attention to detail
  • Good communication skills – both written and oral

  • A 40 minute video call with the Senior Talent Partner
  • A final interview with the Global Head of Growth Projects and Business Operations Manager
