Your Role in our Mission:
An opportunity has become available in our Accounts Receivable team for a self-motivated and confident individual. In this role, you’ll be responsible for contacting clients, processing invoices and ensuring revenue is correctly allocated.

Your Role in our Mission:
An opportunity has become available in our Accounts Receivable team for a self-motivated and confident individual. In this role, you’ll be responsible for contacting clients, processing invoices and ensuring revenue is correctly allocated.
Key Responsibilities
- Working on a specific project - the alignment of processes with the global ER business
- Revenue analysis for monthly recurring revenue for all entities within the group.
- Issuing sales invoices and credit notes for all entities within the group
- Assisting with monitoring the AR mailbox, dealing with various incoming customer-related queries
- Daily communication with different stakeholders within the business
- Preparing various reports for revenue analysis for month end and year end activities
Assisting with ad-hoc queries assigned by line management - Preparing bank reconciliations on monthly basis
Skills
- Relevant experience in a similar role and/or a Finance/Accounting qualification (1 year minimum experience)
- Very good Excel skills
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written) - this will be needed as direct communication with customers is required in this role
- Experience working with clients and internal stakeholders
Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient time management skills and ability to prioritise your workload and tasks
The Interview Process
- Online interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team
- Assessment tasks regarding your MS Excel skills and communication with customers
- Video call with the Invoicing Lead and the Accounts Receivable Team Leader
