An opportunity has become available for an Affiliate Partnerships Manager to join our team. In this role, you will take responsibility for delivering our Global SmartSpendingTM product - delighting our 4 million customers with exclusive savings and offers from hundreds of their favourite retailers.
You will be KPI-driven, and own end-to-end processes including building and maintaining strong relationships with key retail partners, maximising sales and revenue from those partners, identifying new opportunities, and taking responsibility for training and mentoring other team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage several partnerships to establish strong connections and grow these partnerships into key affiliate investors
- Communicate with, and present to, affiliate networks and retail partners, collaborating on building their marketing strategy and engaging with opportunities to maximise revenue and meet targets
- Monitoring the success of the campaign, analysing the data, proactively reporting the results, and proposing new strategies
- Retaining and renewing retail partners based on the Annual Subscription model to ensure the success of the revenue channel
- Create quarterly performance overviews of your key affiliate partners to conduct gap analysis and identify new opportunities to grow
- Researching gaps in our retail offering and implementing strategies to fill those gaps
- Discovery of new retail partners and using an outbound approach via various channels
- Identify potential new partnerships, connect with and educate new partners on our product and requirements, and create opportunities for winning new business
- Securing new partnerships based on the Annual Subscription model to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Identify and propose potential process improvements
- Responding to feedback and questions from our client and customer-facing teams
- Create and manage online resources and other tools to educate partners on the Global SmartSpending™ product
Skills
- At least 1 year of experience in dealing with retail partners or business clients in a similar role
- Excellent task and time management
- Confidence in communicating via email and telephone
- Results-driven
- Ability to identify risks and opportunities
- Highly organized
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for great process and innovation
- A passion for customer experience and engaging our members with our offers
- A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude, hardworking and dedicated
