An opportunity has become available for a Merchant Partnership Specialist to join our Plovdiv-based team, and the successful individual will support the smooth running of our products.

This role will provide support to our APAC region and the working hours will be from 12am to 8am BG Time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Retail Affiliate team with administrative tasks across AU, NZ and SG programs
  • Maintaining updated records of newly launched, paused, or suspended retailers
  • Auditing of Affiliate CRM ensuring email contacts are up to date, as well as ensuring retailers are live on schedule, and in-active retailers are removed (Airtable and Reward Manager)
  • Supporting new retailer launches
  • Collaborating with the Gift Card team and updating marketing placements of Affiliate partners in Airtable
  • Pulling retailer performance and assisting with post-campaign reporting, including internal placement reporting
  • Working closely with the Employee Support team to track and resolve cashback queries (eg. Zendesk Tickets and Customer Service complaints)
  • Performing Affiliate network rate checks and making necessary adjustments including chasing retailers via email to confirm rates for planned activity
  • Tagging retailers to correct pages on site (via Reward Manager)
  • Briefing of offers and creative assets to the Content Team for AU, NZ and SG
  • Keeping abreast of Affiliate Network notifications including recruitment requests
  • Entering opportunities into the Affiliate Network Placement Marketplace
  • Keeping records of retailer exposure by taking screenshots each week across AU, NZ, and SG

Skills

  • Experience with administrative support and ensuring compliance with processes
  • A team player who thrives in a global team, working across different time zones
  • ability to take initiative and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • An excellent command of English including the ability to compile correspondence with the desired impact
  • Good planning abilities with a process-driven approach to balance multiple tasks and projects simultaneously 
  • The ability to utilise resources effectively and efficiently to get things done whilst working to deadlines
  • Openness to feedback and the ability to learn and gain insights from setbacks and translate them into actionable steps to deliver results
  • Experience using Excel, Google spreadsheets/docs, and other key software e.g. Jira, etc
