Due to growth and expansion, an opportunity has become available for a Marketing Automation Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing automation strategies, managing customer journeys, and leveraging marketing automation platforms to drive engagement and conversion. You will play a key role in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and conversion for our products and services.

Due to growth and expansion, an opportunity has become available for a Marketing Automation Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing automation strategies, managing customer journeys, and leveraging marketing automation platforms to drive engagement and conversion. You will play a key role in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and conversion for our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and company initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and objectives
- Manage the end-to-end process of email campaign deployment, including content creation, design, audience segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all email communications, aligned with the company's brand guidelines and marketing objectives
- Conduct A/B testing and analysis to optimize email performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and use data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness
- Monitor and report on key email marketing metrics, providing regular insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization of email campaigns
Skills
Fundamentally we believe that success, creativity, and innovation come from diverse teams with varied backgrounds. In this role, the key skills that you're expected to have are:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience, or relevant educational background with email marketing campaign management, is a requirement
- Understanding of email marketing platforms and tools, or similar experience managing email marketing automation workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to create compelling and engaging email content
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement, and a passion for staying abreast of the latest trends and best practices in email marketing
The Interview Process
- Online interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team
- An in-person interview and an online assessment task with the Head of Marketing Automation. This interview will be 90 minutes to accommodate the assessment task.
