Due to our continued growth and expansion, we are seeking an Associate Product Manager. This is a junior-level role, yet pivotal in its contribution to our mission. The ideal candidate is an individual who thrives in a collaborative environment, has an innate ability to understand user needs, is always curious about market dynamics, and possesses foundational knowledge of business fundamentals.

Due to our continued growth and expansion, we are seeking an Associate Product Manager. This is a junior-level role, yet pivotal in its contribution to our mission. The ideal candidate is an individual who thrives in a collaborative environment, has an innate ability to understand user needs, is always curious about market dynamics, and possesses foundational knowledge of business fundamentals.
Key Responsibilities
- User Understanding & Feedback Synthesis:
- Participate in user interviews and testing sessions to capture insights and user needs
- Analyse user feedback from various channels, including support tickets and usability tests, to identify patterns and areas for product improvement
- Collaborate with the UX team to convert user feedback into actionable product changes
- Market & Competitive Analysis:
- Monitor and report on competitors’ products, highlighting their strengths, weaknesses, and potential opportunities for RG
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure RG products are always a step ahead
- Work with the marketing and sales teams to understand the market positioning of RG products
- Product Knowledge & Revenue Awareness:
- Gain foundational knowledge of RG’s product suite and how each product contributes to overall revenue
- Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to understand the monetization strategies and revenue streams
- Goal Setting & Prioritization
- Assist in setting quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the product team.
- Help in creating and prioritizing user stories, ensuring they align with the product vision and objectives
- Collaborate with senior product managers to manage the scope of product iterations and ensure timely delivery
- Continuous Delivery & Performance Analysis:
- Support the engineering and design teams in the product development process, ensuring requirements are clear and feasible
- Monitor product performance metrics and seek guidance in interpreting results to recommend improvements
- Coordinate with the QA team to ensure the product quality meets RG standards
- Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration:
- Regularly communicate product updates, plans, and changes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure cohesive product strategies
- Act as the liaison between the product team and external stakeholders, gathering feedback and ensuring mutual understanding
- Team Engagement & Contribution:
- Actively participate in all team meetings, ceremonies, and brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives
- Collaborate closely with fellow product managers, designers, and engineers to drive innovation
- Advocate for best practices, continuous improvement, and knowledge-sharing within the team
- Business Impact & Value Creation
- Understand RG’s value proposition to its clients and end-users, and ensure that products uphold and extend this value
- Identify areas for product improvements or new features that can drive business growth and user satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure products are promoted optimally and reach the right audience
Skills
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in a Product or Project Implementation or Research team
- A completed Bachelor's degree or a qualification in a relevant field such as Qualitative/Quantitative Research, Business Management, Computer Sciences, Communication, Product Marketing, Project Management, etc.
- Awareness and curiosity about product development and the tech industry
- An understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods, especially in understanding user needs and pain points
- Initial experience or knowledge of market trends and competitive analysis
- Strong verbal and written English communication
- Confident to present findings and insights to different audiences
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools
- Collaborative approach, with the ability to work well in teams and also manage individual responsibilities

- Online interview with the Integration Experience Lead and and Head of Platform.
- Final interview with a Group Product Manager and Product Director.
