UK Growth Marketing Director

Your role in our Mission

Our mission is to make the world a better place to work and to achieve this mission we are looking for a focused, confident, and enthusiastic B2B marketing leader who can inspire and guide the UK Growth Marketing team to outperform our competition and drive awareness, lead generation and revenue objectives for the UK business.  We need a top tier marketer who can work with marketing and sales leadership to define and execute the go-to-market strategy across the entire customer life-cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with sales, client success, product and marketing leadership to develop and deliver the UK go-to-market strategy 
  • Lead, manage and develop a growing team of top tier growth and client marketers
  • Develop and deliver the awareness, demand generation, and customer marketing strategy, campaigns and programmes across three different market segments - SMB, Mid-Market & Enterprise
  • Lead a team to effectively execute integrated marketing campaigns that incorporate digital, inbound, outbound, and field marketing tactics 
  • Drive lead acquisition across all UK marketing channels - digital advertising, social media, event, email, direct mail, etc...
  • Collaborate with global resources, like brand/ creative, content strategists, product marketing, social media, email marketing and public relations to produce programmes that drive growth in awareness, demand, leads, opportunities and revenue
  • Use Marketing metrics to increase, measure and improve marketing ROI such as; qualified marketing captured leads, lead conversion rates to sales opportunities, marketing pipeline and revenue contribution, and increase upsell and cross sell opportunities 
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets to optimise return on investment
  • Build strong relationships with external agencies and industry influencers to execute marketing programmes and achieve campaign goals
  • Help create content marketing/ distribution plans and version global content to meet the needs of the UK market
  • Collaborate with sales and client success to continuously improve the lead and customer journey
  • Amplify the voice of the customer, and integrate customer advocacy into overall marketing strategy
  • Create and deliver awareness programmes to support product launches and company news
  • Effective management of large scale trade shows and events, including the Reward Gateway User Conference and the Engagement Excellence Live series


  • Proven success in leading growth marketing/ demand generation teams for a high growth SaaS company
  • Understand how to use marketing technology to align to our demand generation strategy
  • Using digital, social, direct and event marketing best practices to drive demand across the entire customer lifecycle
  • Understand how to implement an account based marketing and sales programme aligned to different market segments and industries
  • Understand how to align content and marketing programmes to the customer lifecycle
  • Ability to build strong relationships and cohesion with sales, product marketing, product, and customer success organisations
  • Ability to be a hands on, detail oriented implementer one minute, and think strategically and have executive conversations the next
  • Develop, refine and use key B2B marketing and sales metrics to gain insights and drive action
