Flexible, Hybrid Working
Our office is for you to use as much as you like; as a minimum our APAC Marketing Team works from our Sydney office at least twice a week. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the APAC product marketing strategy and plans aligned to the APAC product roadmap and OKRs 
  • Lead new product and partnership launches, working cross-functionally with key stakeholder groups, to deliver on key goals and product growth metrics across the full product lifecycle 
  • Own and continually test and optimise product positioning and go-to-market messaging 
  • Lead and optimise market, competitor, customer, and end-user insight gathering and analysis to inform ongoing product development, positioning, and campaigns 
  • Develop and lead Sales and Client Success enablement programs, product marketing campaigns and communications programs to support new and existing product sales and end-user adoption and engagement 
  • Continuously track and report on performance of product marketing campaigns and use key findings to increase return on investment


  • Experience in product marketing for B2B solutions (B2B2C desirable but not essential), ideally working with complex product portfolios in a B2B SaaS or Tech environment
  • Excellent storyteller with experience crafting product positioning and sales narratives that distill what really matters to a customer in a meaningful, simple way
  • Strong analytical and growth mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret market and competitor intelligence to identify market and product growth opportunities and optimise results
  • Experience with content creation across a range of formats and channels (including user videos) 
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to work cross-functionally and effectively collaborate with different key stakeholder groups 
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (ideally Hubspot) and Salesforce CRM

  • First interview with APAC Marketing Director and Head of Growth Marketing, APAC
  • Take home assessment 
  • Final interview and presentation with APAC Marketing Director and Director of Sales, APAC, followed by a meeting with our APAC Managing Director
