At Reward Gateway | Edenred (RGER), we’re thrilled to share some outstanding news that reflects our commitment to innovation, people-first strategies, and excellence in HR.
Our wonderful marketing team in the US, in partnership with our PR agency, secretly nominated us for three TITAN Business Awards… and we won in all three categories! But that’s not all—we’re also thrilled to announce that our Learning & Development team has been accredited with GOLD standards by the Learning & Performance Institute (LPI)! 🥇
Here are the awards we’ve won:
- LPI Gold Accreditation
- HR Department of the Year (Gold Winner)
- HR Executive of the Year (Gold Winner)
- HR Future Leader of the Year (Silver Winner)
These awards are a celebration of the positive impact we’re making in the HR industry and, most importantly, in the experience of our people. The TITAN Business Awards recognise companies that are pushing boundaries and leading with innovation, while the LPI accreditation places us among the industry’s best for learning and development. 🎓 This year’s TITAN theme, Rising Titans: A New Era of Business Excellence, aligns perfectly with how we’re rethinking HR and L&P, and what it means to truly support our people.
Why We Won: A Glimpse into Our Award Entries 🏆
🏅 LPI Gold Accreditation for Learning & Development
Earlier this year, we began to reimagine our L&P offerings, following feedback from the Life at RG survey that highlighted opportunities for growth in learning, career development, and progression. Since then, the L&P team has conducted a learning needs analysis across all regions, aligning our strategy with the direction of the business and what you want. 🚀
The result? The LPI has recognised the amazing journey we’re on to reshape and elevate how learning is done at RGER, and we’ve made a leap from Silver to Gold accreditation! This shows we’re building something truly special, with the launch of Elev8 and the upcoming Motiv8 programmes just the beginning of our journey. The LPI will continue to hold us accountable throughout 2025 to make sure we deliver on our promise to put your personal development at the heart of our success. 📈
🏅 HR Department of the Year
This is a huge achievement, and I want to congratulate every single member of the People Team. 🙌 This recognition is a testament to the passion, commitment, and hard work we all put into making Reward Gateway | Edenred a better place to work. What sets us apart is our holistic approach to employee experience—addressing every aspect of our people’s needs, from recognition and wellbeing to growth and belonging.
Over the last few years, we’ve introduced innovative recognition strategies through Appreci8, rolled out comprehensive feedback systems like our Life at RG and pulse surveys, and enhanced our benefits offering to cater to the diverse needs of our global team. From wellbeing initiatives like our HEART programme to financial and mental wellbeing support through nudge and Unmind, we’ve worked hard to create an environment where wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do. 💖
And appreciation? It’s part of our everyday culture. With over 15,000 recognition moments in 2023 alone, it’s clear we’ve created a culture where appreciation is woven into the fabric of how we work together.
🏅HR Executive of the Year
I’m truly humbled to have been recognised as HR Executive of the Year, but this award belongs to all of us. 🥰 What set this nomination apart is the forward-thinking approach we’ve taken together to transform our people practices at Reward Gateway | Edenred. My focus has always been on creating a workplace where everyone feels appreciated and empowered, and that’s why we’ve embedded appreciation into our culture—not just as something we do occasionally, but as something that happens every day.
Our use of data-driven HR strategies and work in Agile HR also played a key role in our success. By using advanced analytics to track engagement and wellbeing, we’re able to make decisions that directly benefit you. Whether it’s enhancing a benefit or developing a new programme, we’re constantly adapting to create a better, more inclusive workplace that truly reflects your needs. Together, we’ve transformed our approach to HR- introducing data-driven strategies, expanding our benefits offerings, and reinforcing our commitment to diversity and inclusion. ✨
🥈HR Future Leader of the Year
Our very own Kaitlin Howes has been recognised as an HR Future Leader. This is such a well-deserved accolade, as we all know that Kaitlin is an absolute superstar. Her dedication, energy, and creative approach are making waves, and now she’s being celebrated for her outstanding contribution to the field of HR. 👏
Kaitlin has been instrumental in shaping our People Strategy, and her work has made a real impact on how we all experience life at Reward Gateway | Edenred. What makes Kaitlin so deserving of this award is her commitment to listening to what you need and making sure we’re constantly improving how we support you. Her leadership in developing learning, performance, and wellbeing programmes has helped ensure that every one of you in the US feels valued and supported, both personally and professionally, and she has been crucial in pushing us forward as a people-first business across the globe. 🌍
What This Means for Us 💫
Winning these awards is a brilliant achievement for all of us, but it’s also a powerful reminder of the impact we’re having on the world of work. As leaders in HR technology and employee engagement, we’ll continue to innovate, push the boundaries, and make RGER a better place to work, not just for ourselves but for all those we support through our mission. 🎉
