RG celebrate's every color of the rainbow with our new RG Pride eCards

This month, we celebrate the diversity and strength of the LGBTQIA+ community. Pride Month is not just a great reason to party and attend fun activities (although that too, of course), it’s also the perfect time to think back on how far we have come and remember the heroes who paved the way.

A lot has changed since the Stonewall Riots in 1969, but Speaking Up and showing support for LGBTQIA+ rights is as important as ever. We can all do our part to build a world where everyone can feel included and safe. Treating each other with respect, love, and an open mind really goes a long way, so let’s celebrate Pride month by showing our colleagues, friends, and family members that we love who they are. 

Here at Reward Gateway, we were looking to spread a little extra love. We decided to celebrate Pride Month by showing our LGBTQIA+ colleagues and our allies that we appreciate who they are – and how they make Reward Gateway a better place to work. 

How did we do that? We designed a new set of Pride eCards, of course! Employees can head over to The Wow Wall and pick their favorite to send as recognition. We can't wait to share some rainbows!
