🔍 Accessibility: Creating an Inclusive Future

As we prepare for the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, we are proud to host discussions featuring guest speaker Cressida Stephenson. With insights on accessibility, inclusive workspaces, and recruitment practices from our very own colleagues Kaitlin Howes (US HRBP) and Donna Standing (Senior Talent Acquisition Partner), our team is leading the charge in enhancing accessibility for all. This initiative highlights our dedication to ensuring everyone can thrive in the workplace and beyond.

🏳️‍🌈 LGBTQIA+ & Allies: Continuing the Conversation

Following a successful ACE Week that celebrated asexuality, our RGERs are gearing up for a Transgender Awareness webinar in honor of Transgender Day of Remembrance. This event fosters an essential dialogue about the challenges faced by our trans and non-binary community and reinforces our commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all.

🌏 Multicultural: Celebrating Diversity

We just finished celebrating the Festival of Lights—Diwali—, and we loved being able to highlight how colleagues across the globe celebrated this significant occasion. Alongside our recognition of Native American Heritage Month, and upcoming Festive Fun, these celebrations reflect our commitment to embracing diverse cultures and traditions, fostering understanding and unity among our teams.

📈 Social Mobility: Making an Impact

Our upcoming partnership with Circl is set to promote social mobility by offering development opportunities for young people from underrepresented backgrounds. This initiative exemplifies our dedication to creating pathways for social change and underscores the importance of inclusivity in our mission.

💃🏾 Women & Allies: Empowering Voices

We’re enhancing our engagement hub to provide better access to resources and stories that matter. In the lead-up to November 25th, we’re launching a Domestic Violence Series to raise awareness and drive action against domestic violence. This series culminates in a webinar on the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, showcasing our commitment to empowerment and solidarity.

💙 HEART: Prioritizing Wellbeing

Our Wellbeing+ product has officially launched internally, kicking off with our first challenge to encourage health and wellness among our team members. As Movember unfolds, we’re promoting awareness for men’s health, alongside insights from our wellness partners on World Diabetes Day. These efforts highlight our dedication to prioritizing wellbeing at RGER.

🌱 CSR Community: Embracing Sustainable Change

We're marking our calendars for Meatless Day on November 25th! Ivo Indzhov (Workspace Experience Project Lead) will discuss the benefits of a plant-based diet, complemented by delicious recipes. In December, we’ll celebrate EQ World Inclusion Week alongside our We Are Human Week, further reinforcing our commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
