The end of the year is in sight. Our employees have delivered incredible results, delighted our customers and moved our Mission forward. It’s time for us to show them how much we appreciate everyone's efforts and the hard work, dedication and focus they put in and we’re doing this with our second Wellbeing shut down between 25th December and 1st January.
Yes, you read that right; all Reward Gateway staff will get an additional fully paid whole week off!
This gift provides our employees with additional paid time off to cover this period. We hope it helps them rest, recuperate and celebrate a fantastic, challenging but thoroughly rewarding year at RG.
There are also some people we must give a special thanks to as we look forward to this Wellbeing Week. Our brilliant 24/7/365 service operation will continue to support our user base, helping with queries and ensuring they are supported with help during this time. All staff who work in these teams during this period will be paid “overtime” for any time they work and receive the additional paid time off at a time of their choosing.
We recognise that our employees have worked so hard this year and they truly deserve this extra thank you from Reward Gateway. Taking time for self-care is important and we hope many of them can make use of this time alongside their other benefits to level up on wellbeing. It's also the perfect time for our people to celebrate themselves and how far we have come. This year, we have had to manage through the pandemic and still achieved a fantastic sale to new investors while continuing to grow in revenue, client numbers and headcount.
