This is why we have introduced Level Up Travel, primarily focusing on financial support for those needing to travel for required medical care. As of today, all employees globally are eligible for the Level Up Travel Benefit as soon as they begin their employment with RG for any future required medical procedures not available near your residence.  Reward Gateway will reimburse up to... 

  • Australia - $4,000
  • Bulgaria - 5750lev
  • UK £2,000
  • USA $2,500

... towards your cost of travel and accommodation. We will also allocate three days of fully paid Recuperation Leave to allow you to book the time off without impacting your Annual Leave Allowance.

What can I use it for?

There are numerous reasons why you might need to travel to another location or country for legal, medical procedures. Due to the vast range of “necessary” medical needs, it would be difficult for us to write a fully inclusive list.  We expect that those using this benefit will be undergoing critical procedures or seeing specialists that are not available near their homes or which are only available in specific locations.
