The end of the year is nearly here and we're delighted to share that our Leadership team have announced another Wellbeing Week from 26th December 2022 - 1st January 2023.

This is our third Wellbeing shutdown between Christmas and New Year. It's an opportunity for our employees to catch their breath and be refreshed as we enter the second half of our 2023 financial year and spend some quality time doing the things they love with the people they love.

Yes, you read that right; all Reward Gateway staff will get an additional fully paid whole week off between 26th December and Jan 1st.

We also must give special thanks to some people as we look forward to this Wellbeing Week. Our brilliant 24/7/365 service operation will continue to support our user base, helping with queries and ensuring they are supported with help. Every employee on shift will benefit from paid overtime and additional paid time off at a time of their choosing!

Taking time for self-care is important. We hope our employees use this time alongside their other wellbeing benefits for being an employee of Reward Gateway, including Wellbeing Coaching, our global Employee Assistance Programme, the unlimited Book Benefit (Great for tucking up with a book over the holidays!) and more.
