Since their inception in July 2020, our EP!C Networks have driven our cultural evolution. From strategic insight to company-wide events and informational posts - they've been the architects of inclusivity and belonging within our organisation. These aren't just networks; they're beacons of change, daring to delve into the tough conversations that spark understanding, empathy, and an inclusive environment for all RGERs.

Our EP!C Network Leadership Teams

The heroes steering this ship are our EP!C Network Leadership Teams. Each is a force in its own right, championing diversity, equity, and inclusion for all RGERs. Here's what our EP!C LT do:

LT Sponsors

  1. Collaborate Actively: Strategically partner with EPIC Network leaders, facilitating DE&I support, understanding challenges, and advocating for resources.
  2. Advocate Visibility: Champion EPIC Network initiatives, emphasising their impact, and promote success stories in internal communications and events.
  3. Embed Inclusivity: Embed EPIC Network principles into decision-making, seek diverse perspectives, and promote inclusivity across the organisation.
  4. Facilitate Change: Drive policy development, ensure alignment with DEI values, and advocate for supplier diversity.
  5. Foster Forward-Looking Vision: Integrate EPIC Network missions into strategic planning, align DEI with business goals, and identify opportunities for alignment with company strategies.

Network Leads

  1. Strategic Mastermind: Shape the network's vision, manage the network's budget, and set ambitious goals for EPIC success.
  2. Steady Captain: Ensure the network's stability and momentum, holding the team and LT Sponsors accountable to network targets.
  3. Central Liaison: Work closely with the People Team and other Network Leaders while feeding back to local champions and the LT.
  4. Collaborative Wizard: Partner with colleagues across the organisation to transform strategies into reality, offering event and communication guidance.
  5. Partnership Pioneer: Team up with external allies and clients to create partnerships to advance the EPIC mission.

Local Network Champions

  1. Hometown Influencer: Be the face of the network in your area, embodying EPIC values and translating global strategies into impactful local initiatives and events.
  2. Change Catalyst: Inspire and drive change in your community, motivating others to join the movement and sharing innovative ideas that stay true to the EPIC mission.
  3. Event Architect: Organise EPIC meetings, workshops, and celebrations, fostering engagement and participation.
  4. Advocacy Ambassador: Manage EPIC News and Slack communications and contributions, sharing EPIC tips, facts and resources with the team.
