In December 2015, Tanya joined our Mission to make the world a better place to work as a Team Manager. Her role then was to provide a proactive leadership approach and direction to the Client Relationship Team. Her dedication and focus on Delighting Our Customer and Pushing The Boundaries meant that within three years, she was promoted to Head of Client Relationship. Her team takes care of over 2000 clients globally, and they've done a fantastic job.

Our Bulgarian Senior Management team's goal this year is to meet and recruit incredible talent to support our ambitious growth goals. You may spot an opportunity to join Tanya's team, so to help you know more about Tanya and what to expect from a role in Reward Gateway, we caught up with Tanya to ask her a few questions about life at RG...

Tanya, why do you Love Your Job?

I love my job because of the amazingly talented team. It is a bonus that we also get to make the world a better place to work together.

What's it like to have HR professionals as your client?

HRs are invisible heroes. They rarely get recognised for their hard work, but they are the first to hear about everyone's challenges. Usually, in a tough spot between advocating for people's interests, protecting the business and abiding by the laws, they are wearing many different hats, all with grace.

Tell us a little bit about the team culture.

People generally enjoy being and working together. We have a fantastic office that fosters collaboration among teams.

We strive to support the work/life balance everyone envisions for themselves, so there are no strict requirements for working hours and office presence in the Client Relationship team. We trust our people to make the best judgment and rely on them to be where we need them when we need them, as described in our RG Work Modes guide.

The leadership style is understanding and inspiring. Leaders at RG have the best interest of the people they work with at heart, and this helps them make business savvy but also people-focused decisions.

What opportunities are there for personal and career development in Support?

Endless. We have many roles that require as little as an excellent working level of English. Once you have demonstrated your abilities, RG supports you in developing your career in the fields of Engineering, Client Success, Design, Finance and more. Sometimes it could be quicker to progress into your desired role through an RG career growth compared to 4 years of a University degree.

So, what advice would you give anyone interested in applying for your team?

Put your true self forward. Reward Gateway is an inclusive company that appreciates the diversity each candidate brings.

Do you have a favourite benefit?

More than one! Hybrid, flexible working, the Book Benefit, the annual Wellbeing Allowance, Extra AL, Bridge Builders

Which RG Value do you feel you live the most?

Be Human, easily. RG is a place where you really feel you are a human before you are an employee and you get the freedom to take care of what is needed in your personal life, so you can be focused on your professional one.
