"Hey everybody, It's Doug here. And I'm here to remind you all that June is Pride Month. It's Pride Month globally and it is Pride Month here at Reward Gateway. So what does that mean? During the month of June, we celebrate the accomplishments and contributions of members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I'd like to think here at RG that we do that every day. Glenn, founder of the business and a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I think instilled that in the DNA or the fabric of Reward Gateway. But I think June and Pride Month give us an opportunity to again focus on the accomplishments and contributions of members of this community and while I'm here let me thank and acknowledge all of those at RG who are members of this community.
Thank you all for your contributions, you are a vital part of the business, a critical part of our culture, and I really do appreciate your contributions. During the month, members of the LGBTQIA+ and Allies Network will be sharing stories on boom! There will be various events planned throughout the month. So let's celebrate and let's give a little extra love and a little extra attention to that community during the month. As part of our Mission to make the world a better place to work, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are critical elements of that. And this month is an extension of that so let's contribute, let's pay attention, let's broaden our horizons a little bit and everybody have a very Happy Pride Month. Cheers!"
