The Reward Gateway|Edenred IT team applies technology to power our mission; enable our people to work better and wiser, and fuel our growth. We’re looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join the team and provide first-class support and improve our services as the business grows.

An opportunity has become available for an Affiliate Partnerships Manager, who will take responsibility for the delivery of our Global SmartSpending™ product - delighting our 6 million customers with exclusive savings and offers from hundreds of their favourite retailers. You will be KPI driven, own end-to-end processes including building and maintaining strong relationships with key retail partners, maximizing sales and revenue from those partners, identifying new opportunities, as well as take responsibility for training and mentoring of other team members. 

Key Responsibilities

Building, nurturing, maintaining and strengthening partnerships 
  • As an Affiliate Partnerships Manager, you'll own a number of partnerships end to end to establish strong connections and grow these partnerships into key affiliate investors 
  • You will be able to confidently communicate and present to retail partners, collaborating with them on building their marketing strategy and engaging them with our marketing opportunities to maximize revenue and meet personal and team targets
  • After closing a successful deal, you’ll be responsible for monitoring the success of the campaign, analysing the data, proactively reporting on the results and proposing new strategies going forward, by working closely with your partner to understand their needs and goals 
  • You'll be responsible for retaining and renewing retail partners based on our Annual Subscription model to ensure the success of this revenue channel. 
  • You'll create quarterly performance overviews of your key affiliate partners to conduct a gap analysis and find new opportunities to grow.  
Internal Education, Organisation and Processes  
  • As an Affiliate Partnerships Manager, you’ll need to be creative and self-driven to find ways to improve and make our processes better. If you find any issues or pain points, you will be responsible to propose solutions and raise your ideas to the team. 
  • You’ll be responsible for responding to feedback and questions from our client and customer-facing teams. You should be able to identify improvements and act upon these and create and manage online resources and other tools to help educate them on the Global SmartSpending™ product. 
  • You’ll be able to run and manage an in-depth training process for the Affiliate Partnerships Managers team and any new starters ensuring their successful integration within the team 
  • You’ll own retail processes which might include checklists, templates and training documents, ensuring they are kept up to date and identifying new or improved processes where needed. You’ll ensure important tools and guides are used effectively, maintained and improved as necessary
