Systems Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced IT Systems Engineer with proven mac and JAMF experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be helping to manage our IT SaaS applications, Mac and Windows endpoints (from a MDM perspective), helping to resolve escalated issues and work on a wide range of different internal projects.
 
We’re excited to hear from someone who has previous experience and is looking to make an impact. You are expected to have experience with some of the SaaS platforms used within Reward Gateway as below:
 
Okta, Google Workspace, Apple Mac (80% of our company devices are Mac) and Windows endpoints (20% of our company devices are Windows), JAMF, Intune, Cloudflare ZeroTrust, CrowdStrike, Slack, Office 365,  Meraki, AWS Workspace, SecureW2, Zoom, Atalassian (Jira/Confluence), Torii and many more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain Reward Gateway’s operational infrastructure. 
  • Research, develop, and deploy new techniques to manage our systems.
  • Solve technical issues on IT Systems and apply your analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Assist with user and endpoint lifecycle management.
  • Provide general support to other members of the IT team.
  • Support and manage the relevant IT Systems.
  • Identify improvements where necessary and beneficial to the company and team. 

Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing similar SaaS systems.
  • Good level of Bash/Python script programming languages. 
  • Experience with managing a fleet of Apple Mac endpoints with JAMF
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals.
  • Understanding of ITIL, Incident and request management.
  • Ability to independently manage and prioritise workload.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
This role offers a hybrid work style and would require the successful Systems Engineer to be on-site in the London office at least 2 days per week. 

The Interview Process

  • Video call with a member of our  Talent Acquisition team.
  • 1st stage Q&A interview to be held online with our Senior Systems Engineer, People Operations Manager and our IT Support Team Lead. 
  • Final stage interview with our Senior Systems Engineer in our London office.
