Product Management, London, Full Time, £80,000 - £85,000 / year

A new opportunity has become available for a passionate leader to help us build the right systems, content and processes to ensure our clients and end users get the most out of our products. This role will work hand-in-hand with the Product development- and Support teams to build better experiences to enable our clients to be more self-sufficient. This role requires you to be comfortable working with some ambiguity and be ready to get stuck in to understand challenges and how we can make improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading on the sourcing and implementation of a new Learning Management System (LMS) that will host engaging content to help customers, employees (and potentially end-users) to understand the products
  • Working with multiple stakeholders to solve knowledge gaps
  • Leading all aspects of the creation of knowledge content to make ensure it is engaging and appeals to different preferences of content consumption and learning styles
  • Providing support and expertise for our global product offering to support teams during pitches, client renewals and upsells
  • Creating digital content that engages and increases product usage
  • Build assets to support our Client Success Managers e.g. roadshow packs, great webinar formats and slides etc.
  • Leading, supporting and mentoring team members who will have responsibility for the ongoing management of the LMS/Knowledge Base
  • Overseeing the team to develop assets and content that can be used on client programmes - with a ‘one-to-many’ approach

Skills

  • A good understanding of the Product lifecycle management in a SaaS environment
  • Experience managing, onboarding and training clients with a complex product set
  • Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders; projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Leading and mentoring a small team and support with their personal growth and development
  • An understanding of and experience with learning journeys

The Interview Process

  • A 40-minute online interview with the Senior Talent Partner
  • An introductory online meeting with the Director of Product Strategy and Enablement
  • A final, in-office interview with our COO and the Director of Product Strategy and Enablement
