Your Role in our Mission
Our mission is to make the world a better place to work and to achieve this mission we need a Retail Operations Specialist who will support the smooth running of our products such as SmartSpending and Reward Marketplace. This requires communication with different internal teams including finance, employee support, development, and also with external retailers and suppliers. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and checking for any failed transactions, voucher ordering, batch card sending, balance transfers and delivery processes, as well as resolving any issues relating directly to these processes
  • Supporting on new retailer launches and fulfilling bulk orders requests
  • Processing cashback reconciliations, updating Netsuite, and performing spot checks with key voucher partners
  • Maintaining departmental CRM (in SalesForce & Airtable), database applications and documentation
  • Ensuring compliance to all security and data protection protocols
  • Working closely with the Employee Support team to track and report unusual trends in customer inquiries 
  • Communicating and updating internal teams, retailers and suppliers to support in completing tasks, resolving issues, and help achieve our team OKR's
  • Supporting the Senior Retail Operations Specialist on special projects and tasks that are outside of day-to-day job responsibilities to help push the boundaries. Such as developing and expanding our global R&R and SmartSpending™ products in new locales, bespoke R&R and SmartSpending™ options for clients and other miscellaneous client requests

Skills

  •  A team player who thrives in a global team, working across different time zones
  • Excellent command of English including the ability to compile correspondence with the desired impact
  • Good planning abilities with a process-driven approach to balance multiple tasks and projects simultaneously 
  • The ability to utilise resources effectively and efficiently to get things done whilst working to deadlines
  • Openness to feedback and the ability to learn from mistakes and gain insights from mistakes to translating these ideas into actionable steps to consistently deliver results
  • Willingness to learn and eager to take on the challenge of unfamiliar tasks.
  • A basic understanding of Excel, Google spreadsheets/docs, and other key software used within RG e.g. Netsuite, Salesforce, Jira, etc

  • Telephone call with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team 
  • First stage interview with the Retail Operations Manager and Senior Retail Operations Specialist 
  • Final stage interview with the Head of Retail Operations and the Retail Operations Manager
