Your Role in our Mission
Our mission is to make the world a better place to work and to achieve this mission, we produce a high-volume calendar of strategic content across three markets to serve a wide variety of audiences in varying formats. We need someone to ensure that we produce quality on top of quantity while adhering to editorial and brand standards within our business. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversees the execution and development of a multi-geo editorial blog and long-form content calendar
  • Manages external freelance production
  • Provides guidance on style guide consistency among content creation across multiple channels
  • Develop and enforces processes to monitor volume and creation of content through Asana project management
  • Liaises with Design and Brand team to produce on-brand content for demand-gen
  • Supporting with quality control and administrative oversight of digital content repository
  • Writing, editing, and proofreading content as needed

Skills

  • 3+ years experience writing and editing for a variety of audiences - knows how to edit for tone and adhere to a style guide
  • Experience in B2B industry is a plus
  • Basic SEO knowledge is a plus
  • Experience managing an editorial calendar/project management skills
  • Strong communication skills

  • Video interview with the Head of Content Strategy and member of the marketing team
  • Take home assessment
  • Final interview and presentation assessment with the Head of Content Strategy and member of the marketing team
