Your role in our Mission
Our mission is to make the world a better place to work and to achieve this mission we need to support businesses big and small to engage their employees, create cultures of recognition and support their people’s wellbeing too. This role will be focused on bringing more small businesses on the journey with us through a mix of inbound and outbound sales in our UK market. 

We will give full training for this role, so this is a great opportunity to break into the world of Software as a Service (SaaS) where you will learn how to sell HR Technology products in a fun and rewarding environment. This role will have the benefit of working on lots of inbound leads as well as the opportunity to focus on some outbound campaigns. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Speaking with and closing a high volume of marketing-created leads for RGSB.
  • Demonstrating our product to prospects and helping customers through our free-trial sign-up onto our full product. 
  • Using tools such as Salesforce to stay on top of all of your leads so we can accurately track our progress and success. 
  • Proactively reaching out to outbound sales leads, using creativity and relationship-building to help us convert these leads to sales. 
  • Working to clear targets for both our monthly subscription offer and annual subscription offer. 
  • Supporting through attendance of events both online and in-person to promote RGSB.
  • Working closely with our Client Success team to ensure a fantastic handover experience and client journey. 

Skills

  • At least 6-months’ experience selling directly to customers (we are flexible about what you’ve been selling, and we will even consider applicants who have gained experience from working in a customer service role). 
  • Experience in managing a high volume of sales contacts or customer contacts. 
  • Experience in writing good-quality business emails and handling phone calls with potential customers. 
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritise your workload.
  • Team player, able to build relationships with colleagues. Happy to volunteer and get involved in wider projects.

The Interview Process

  • Telephone interview with a member of our Talent Acquisition team 
  • Online interview and competency-based assessment task with our Head of RGSB and our RGSB Sales Consultant.
