An opportunity is available for a Salesforce Administrator who has a keen interest in Salesforce and willingness to join a busy, fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day end-user support such as maintaining and improving workflows, email alerts, custom objects, complex formula fields, page layouts, process builders, flows, assignment rules, and troubleshooting bugs
- Creating and maintaining documentation on business processes, policies, system configuration, Salesforce flows, and training materials
- Managing the platform data security including the design, build, document, test, and deploy enhancements using best practices
- Analyzing business requirements, procedures and providing solutions
- Keeping up to date with Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements
- Assisting with testing Apex development in a testing environment
- Training users on how to run reports and dashboards to ensure Salesforce meets their needs
- Provisioning new chat channels and supporting them
Skills
- At least 1 year experience in a Salesforce related role providing end-users and/or stakeholders with technical support
- Completed Salesforce certification
- A strong technical desire to work with software and optimise business processes
- An ability to partner closely with stakeholders and work collaboratively
- Excellent English communication skills with sound interpersonal skills
- An analytical mindset, high attention to detail and enjoy operational problem solving
- Ability to work in a high-pressure and busy team
The Interview Process
- A video call with a Talent Acquisition Partner and the Business Operations Manager
- Final interview with the Business Operations Manager and Revenue Ops Director
