Your Role in Our Mission
Due to growth and expansion, an opportunity has become available for a Product Operations Manager to join us and take the lead on shaping our product operations on a global scale.
We are looking for a highly experienced and passionate Product Operations Manager to maximise the performance and impact of our product teams and to optimise efficiency by creating and owning scalable and effective practices and processes across the product development lifecycle.
Ideally, you’ve excelled in Product Operations at a SAAS company where you have experience in setting up effective product processes, such as but not limited to: governance, discovery, launch planning, experimentation, alpha/beta testing and more across multiple multi-disciplinary product teams.

Your Role in Our Mission
Due to growth and expansion, an opportunity has become available for a Product Operations Manager to join us and take the lead on shaping our product operations on a global scale.
We are looking for a highly experienced and passionate Product Operations Manager to maximise the performance and impact of our product teams and to optimise efficiency by creating and owning scalable and effective practices and processes across the product development lifecycle.
Ideally, you’ve excelled in Product Operations at a SAAS company where you have experience in setting up effective product processes, such as but not limited to: governance, discovery, launch planning, experimentation, alpha/beta testing and more across multiple multi-disciplinary product teams.

Key Responsibilities
Practices & Processes
- Leading the creation and ongoing improvement of practices, processes, tools, and documentation standards to streamline product discovery, delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Define, own and deliver product operations objectives end-to-end, ensuring successful outcomes for the objectives defined
- Facilitate and coach collaborators on the process for product launches, coordinating internal team members (e.g. sales, marketing, customer success), ensuring successful launches, which are measured, reporting back key insights and impact to the product organisation
- Develop a best-practice and scalable discovery process: standardised qualitative and quantitative research guides, standardised product results readout decks, and more
- Improve and supervise the process for incident management, ticket/support blocking issues, and other key product processes
- Establish scalable best practices and tools for capturing, processing, analysing, and acting upon feedback across all our personas, including customer advocacy and Alpha and Beta test groups in countries
- Lead the way in implementing standard methodology for product development principles and operations, driving this initiative throughout the different product teams
Strategy & Planning
- Collaborate with product leadership to support the Product Governance/Intakes process and assist teams in prioritising opportunities and planning quarterly roadmaps, involving relevant collaborators.
- Define central product metrics/KPIs with product leadership aligned to our strategy, and set up and own reporting dashboards to monitor product health and identify opportunities
- Own the Innovation Hub planning process and timeline, ensuring roadmaps are prepared and delivered within the timeframe. Champion the process across product teams, coaching them on key areas of effective planning
- Understand our platform and modules thoroughly to collaborate with operations, data, and product/engineering teams in all process and product development stages.
Tooling
- Review the current product tooling stack, provide training and expert mentorship, ensuring the team has the right tools to do the job
- Help successfully land new processes and tools, and develop resources to enable teams globally
Skills
- Prior experience in Product Management in SAAS or related industries
- Experience setting up product operations processes from scratch
- Experience working across multiple product teams and driving product craft
- Demonstrated experience in operations strategy, product analytics, business analysis, or similar roles that worked closely with both Operations and Product/Engineering teams
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (e.g., Computer Science, Business)
- Applied business analyst skills - highly skilled in SQL, Excel, and data tables and excited to leverage these skills to deliver meaningful insights and recommendations to drive product enhancements
- A sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of what types of innovative products/tools will be effective at helping other teams meet their objectives
- Demonstrated ability to learn fast, understand complex domains, and develop a deep understanding of complex products and their various use cases
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to operate with a high sense of priority, creating clarity of roles and responsibilities in a matrix environment
- Experience with implementing operational metrics, processes and systems to ensure efficiency and scalability
- Strong project management skills with an ability to prioritise, communicate progress, and deliver results across multiple workstreams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with proven ability to work cross-functionally, with multiple product groups and at all levels of the organisation
- Demonstrated ability to apply and provide valuable insights and suggestions to improve product improvements
