Your role in our Mission
To achieve our mission, we need to keep People at the heart of what we do and empower our people to do their best work by creating a safe and supportive environment, leading with empathy, listening to understand, open & honest communication, knowledge sharing, and expert advice. As a People Ops Assistant, you will help the People Ops team deliver important and urgent projects and support the team with improving the experience of our people through best-in-class administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support with the manual completion of Employment documentation as per Bulgarian employment legislative requirements (we have about 500 workbooks to update)
  • Support with organising our physical people files and documentation in a timely and accurate manner
  • On occasion, support with creating people documentation - contracts, and other

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written skills in both Bulgarian and English languages
  • Well-organised and self-disciplined
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of employee information 
  • Good attention to detail needed as tasks need to be completed accurately and precisely as per instruction and legal requirements (tasks will be repetitive)
  • Able to create and maintain positive working relationships
