Your role in our Mission Our mission is to make the world a better place to work and to achieve this mission we need as many of the 5 million plus employees we support globally, to understand how to use our products so that they can gain the most value from them. To do this we need to create compelling content that helps our clients educate and engage their employees.
Working with the product marketing team to translate messaging for clients and prospects into great content for end users.
Creating communications campaigns and content that can be shared with our Client Success team that will promote our different products at key points in the year e.g. Christmas or New Year Wellbeing campaigns.
Keeping our existing template library and copy bank up to date with all the latest product enhancements and changes.
Making sure our FAQs on-site are correct, up-to-date and user friendly.
Working closely with our Client Success teams around the world to understand how employees are using our products and work on new content and campaigns to fill any knowledge gaps and increase product uptake.
Work closely with our in-house design team to turn your great copywriting into amazing designs and campaigns.
Working closely with the Product Adoption Manager on video content for employees around the world.
Work closely with product marketing, client communications and client success to create content for new product launches.
Work with our Head of Partnerships and directly with our partners to promote their products to employees.
Supporting our product teams with copywriting for on-site employee-facing tools and benefits.
Great copywriter with experience of creating content and copy for end-users/ B2C within technology products.
Interest in employee engagement and wellbeing.
Ability to work on multiple projects, work with a strong attention to detail and be able to prioritise workload.
Great at building relationships with colleagues at all levels.
Great teammate who is happy to volunteer and get involved in projects to delight our customers.
Experience creating content across a range of channels including; blogs, social media, video, webinars and email.

Short assessment & 60 minute interview with our Head of RG for Small Business (Product Management), Head of Global Solutions Marketing and a Product Manager.
