Job Description

Reward Gateway|Edenred is a leading digital platform for services and payments for people at work, connecting 52 million users and 2 million partner merchants in 45 countries via close to 1 million corporate clients. 

Due to our continued growth and expansion, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in managing technical integrations and harnessing team collaboration. They will need the capability to effectively influence and coordinate with team members and stakeholders across a global organisation to drive product success and innovation. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs and identify opportunities for product improvements and new features
  • Analyse market trends and competition to inform product strategy and positioning
  • Work closely with our global teams to manage a prioritised roadmap on tenancy and solutions
  • Work closely with our data teams 
  • Ensuring strong reporting, analytics, and reporting 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the global organisation to define product requirements,and  roadmap and create a shared vision
  • Set goals, prioritise tasks, and create detailed product plans to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
  • Measure and analyse product performance, using data-driven insights to inform product iterations and improvements
  • Communicate product progress, challenges, and successes to global stakeholders and team members, managing expectations and ensuring alignment with overall company objectives
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous innovation, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing within the product team

Skills

  • At least 5 years experience as a Product Manager within the B2B and B2B2C context
  • Can reason with data and present confidently, with the ability to explain both technical and financial concepts to a non-technical audience
  • Possess strong analytical skills and experience with product analytics tools 
  • Experience in leading a scrum team, setting goals, and running continuous discovery and delivery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence team members and stakeholders
  • A strong understanding of user research, market analysis, and business fundamentals
