Your role in our Mission Our mission is to make the world a better place to work and to achieve this mission we need to create meaningful and engaging conversations with potential clients. In this role, you will connect with HR professionals, understand their business and people challenges, and key objectives to start a conversation about how Reward Gateway could assist them. A Sales Development Rep’s goal is to develop quality sales qualified leads to build the sales pipeline. You’ll be joining a high-performing team that is made up of sales professionals who are experts in their field. Our SDRs have a track record of progressing through the team into a variety of roles across sales, client success, and other departments.
Developing and implementing creative and forward-thinking ways to approach our prospects via channels such as phone, video, LinkedIn, tailored emails and direct mail.
Nurture external relationships, to build a strong pipeline of new leads and keep high levels of engagement with prospects.
Conduct high-level needs analysis during a qualification call to uncover the prospect’s key people challenges.
Adapting the conversation to discuss Reward Gateway’s products and how they could solve these challenges.
Securing a meeting for your prospect with one of our Engagement Consultants who will continue the conversation and develop the relationship further.
Achieving agreed quarterly KPI’s, including activity and meeting metrics.
Recording all activity and other information in Salesforce whilst maintaining accuracy.
Build strong relationships with the Research, Consultant, and wider business teams at Reward Gateway.
Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of our products, the competitive landscape, and the HR industry.
Assist in developing the Reward Gateway brand in the UK (including social selling).
Attend networking events to drive business development + external networking.
Experience in representing a business in a commercial setting
Ideally experience of applying a multi-step and multi-touch prospecting cadence
Confident verbal and high standards of written communication skills
High levels of attention to detail and standards in your work
Ability to use information at your disposal to make data-driven decisions to improve your performance
Ability to communicate and evidence progress against key deliverables/metrics

Phone interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team.
Online Interview first interview with our Sales Development Director and our SMB SDR Lead.
A take-home assessment.
Online final interview with our Sales Development Director and either our Enterprise SDR Lead or an Employee Engagement Specialist in Sales.
