As our integration capabilities and the amount of data we receive from clients have increased, so has the complexity of our implementations and the technical knowledge required to help our clients and prospects. 

To manage these growing needs, we’re looking for a Client Integrations Team Lead who will oversee the Client Integrations team and support our clients, prospects, and internal teams with integrations. You’ll lead the team in becoming subject matter experts in integration queries, ensuring that our clients and colleagues receive top-tier support and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Integrations team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Knowledge Base team to create and update articles, videos and FAQs.
  • Drive training and onboarding initiatives for new team members, supporting team expansion and skill development.
  • Provide expert support for integration-related processes, ensuring successful launches across multiple countries.
  • Work closely with the Product Manager to provide feedback on key API partners like MergeDev, SAP and Workday, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring optimal integration functionality.
  • Coordinate daily operations, ensuring team efficiency, adherence to policies, and alignment with company goals.
  • Implement strategic plans to improve team performance, productivity, and process efficiency.
  • Act as a point of escalation for client issues, working closely with senior management to provide technical guidance, address concerns, and ensure a smooth resolution process.
  • Engage with clients to map out user journeys, define integration requirements, and ensure a seamless authentication and data management experience.
  • Work alongside Product Managers and Engineering teams to identify and implement improvements, report bugs, and enhance integration functionalities.
  • Maintain open communication with leadership, providing progress reports and identifying opportunities for further enhancements.
  • Drive client retention and renewal level improvements by ensuring high-quality integration support.
  • Support the Sales team by joining meetings with prospects to discuss our range of integrations and data flows, depending on their IT infrastructure and security policies.
  • Troubleshoot API integrations with Postman.
  • Troubleshoot SSO integrations and read XML files.
  • Analyse HAR files and understand HTTP response status codes.
  • Set up and troubleshoot SCIM API integrations for user provisioning.

Skills

  • At least 2 years of successful and demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Experience as an Integration Specialist or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to evaluate and prioritise customer demands.
  • Eagerness to learn new things and curiosity to understand how everything links together.
  • Flexible with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Interest in new and emerging technologies outside of RG.
