An opportunity has become available for an experienced Talent Sourcer to take on a 6-month contract role and support the ramp-up in hiring needs due to our international expansion. This role will focus on identifying and attracting top talent and requires a good understanding of the Engineering and Commercial market, coupled with an ability to deliver in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Full accountability and ownership of the sourcing and candidate screening process
  • Ensure a good understanding of the requirements for technical and delivery roles 
  • Develop innovative and effective sourcing strategies, including tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns
  • Identify candidates through networking and searches, LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools
  • Build an understanding of industry trends and technical skill sets to identify key talent pools
  • Review CVs and conduct screening interviews to assess experience and alignment with requirements
  • Process and manage applications on the  Applicant Tracking System (PinPoint)
  • Provide a positive candidate experience and deliver timely and professional feedback through engaged communication

Skills

  • Proven experience gained within a Recruitment Agency
  • Experience in direct sourcing and recruiting technical roles 
  • Excellent direct sourcing of talent with the ability to understand relevant tech skills and target companies
  • Sound English communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with good planning ability
  • Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver on deadlines
  • Ability to plan and manage multiple sourcing projects
  • Global recruiting experience is highly advantageous

  • Online interview with the Senior Talent Partner 
  • Final interview with a Senior Manager, Engineering Lead, and Senior Talent Partner
  • Introduction call with the People Experience Director
