An opportunity has become available for a Public Sector Implementation Specialist to lead client implementation projects, deal with product setup, and onboard new and existing clients. This is a global role, and you will have to work collaboratively across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and support the implementation configuration during the onboarding of our public sector clients
  •  Lead on the configuration of the standard modules during the implementation
  •  Maintain client relationships on projects
  • Creating tailored implementation plans and Gantt charts to present at client meetings
  • Plan and deliver system training
  • Provide creative and customised solutions to meet clients’ individual needs within the scope of our product’s capabilities and the solutions on the client’s contract
  •  Ensure all product configurations are delivered by project timelines
  • Test and troubleshoot final system setups on delivery and implementation for the product set-ups
  • Identify and resolve all issues and provide assistance

Skills

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a project coordination, project implementation, or client onboarding role
  • Demonstrated experience in project management
  • Proven experience with managing client relationships
  • Highly organised, with great attention to detail, and able to evaluate and prioritise customer demands.
  •  Ability to work autonomously while fostering collaboration with diverse teams
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely to individuals of varying technical backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency using Microsoft Suite and navigating websites and online software confidently, with a strong aptitude for technology

The Interview Process

  • Online screening interview with the Talent Acquisition Partner
  • Interview with Implementation Team Leader  and Client Relationship Team Manager 
  • Assessment task to be shared for presentation and discussion at the final stage interview
  • Final online interview with the Head of Implementation (BG) and Public Sector Project Manager
