Your role in our Mission
Our mission is to make the world a better place to work and to achieve this mission and as a member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in delivering first-class business partnering to our hiring managers whilst providing our candidates with a memorable experience. We need you to:

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning the recruitment life cycle across all Commercial and Engineering roles 
  • Manage multiple key stakeholder relationships, building trust and develop a deep understanding of business functions, role requirements and desired candidate profiles
  • Create hiring plans, including direct sourcing to build talent pipelines of skilled, active and passive candidates for current and future roles across the business 
  • Advise and influence managers on hiring and best practice to empower them to make better hiring decisions
  • Preparing job descriptions and external adverts with hiring managers, and support hiring managers in identifying interview evaluation criteria and competencies
  • Manage internal applicants and referral candidates 
  • Develop diverse and inclusive plans to attract talent through various methods such as social media forums, career fairs, local universities and events
  • Championing Reward Gateway’s mission, purpose and values to candidates
  • Screening CV’s and conducting interviews for all suitable candidates 
  • Drive the offer management process to include extending verbal offers, closing candidates and working with our People Ops team to prepare offer letters and contracts
  • Ensure we maintain an inclusive and fair sourcing, selection and assessment process supporting our company mission 
  • Work in partnership with Diversity Networks to improve diversity involvement and awareness in the hiring and selection process
  • Maintaining the applicant tracking system, ensuring all candidates are managed effectively and feedback is tracked on time
  • Ensure all recruitment data is accurate and up to date, providing reports on stats, data and metrics 
  • Benchmark recruiting practices against market information to determine competitiveness and recommend improvements and changes to align with best practice and company objectives
  • Provide talent market insights and data to support hiring objectives 
  • Ad-hoc projects and holiday cover to support the Recruitment- and wider People Team


  • Experience of working within an Internal Recruitment team or as an agency Recruiter, delivering best in class candidate experience
  • Proven experience of generating candidate pipelines utilising innovative techniques that include strategic sourcing, social media, and events
  • Identifying, engaging and closing active and passive candidates 
  • Ability to build strong relationships with managers and key stakeholders 
  • Interpersonal, organisational, and influencing skills with a strong sense of customer service
  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently, as well as with team members
  • Must have great attention to detail and ability to maintain data tracking and reporting of data 
  • A passion for Diversity and Inclusion
