Key Responsibilities
- Delivering a consultative sales approach and effectively managing a pipeline of 20-30 opportunities at one time
- Partnering with Sales Researchers and Sales Development Representatives to co-develop a targeted account strategy, with a focus on self - led lead generation and opportunity creation
- Delivering insights and engaging prospects into a business conversation about solutions crafted to solve their unique business challenges.
- Delivering engaging and impactful sales presentations online and in person
- Developing tailored solution-focused documents including proposals and case summaries aligned to business challenges
- Contributing to a strong Australia and Global Sales culture with a mission to be an extraordinary sales team, aligned to RG’s mission and values
- Collaborating with our Client Success team to demonstrate existing client case studies and implementing strategies to bring the voice of the customer to life throughout the sales process
- Developing effective win strategies to ensure momentum of each opportunity in your pipeline
- Managing your sales funnel with the implementation of strategies to address key friction points and improve sales conversion rates
- Achieving Reward Gateway’s commercial and contract term objectives in conjunction with your team & sales leadership
- Being an ambassador for Reward Gateway including representing Reward Gateway at HR events
- Accurately forecasting the sales pipeline in line with Reward Gateway global Salesforce forecasting framework
Skills
- Proven B2B sales success with consistent quota attainment and the ability to clearly articulate methodology and process, ideally at the SMB level in a high-volume role. Experience in HR SaaS or a related industry is a plus but not required.
- Experience managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting through to close, with a passion for building relationships at every stage
- Experience in a consultative sales cycle, including influencing and negotiating with business leaders, owners and senior leadership stakeholders
- A passionate storyteller with strong presentation skills that has the ability to influence in person and in digital environments
- A proven innovator with a strong bias for action and the ability quickly adapt to change in a fast paced environment
- Strong skills in building value and influencing purchasing decisions
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to manage time effectively and efficiently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills

- First stage online interview with our Head of Sales and Sales Director, Australia
- Presentation task and final stage interview with our Head of Sales, Sales Director, Australia and/or Managing Director, APAC
