Due to growth and expansion, a role has become available for a Sales Development Operations Administrator. In this role, you will help maintain the data within our CRM Salesforce and support our Sales Development team in the creation of different contact and account reports to help drive our go-to-market strategy. You will also monitor trends across the HR and Employee Engagement industries and keep our teams up to date with any changes.

You will also monitor trends across the HR and Employee Engagement industries and keep our teams up to date with any changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise and maintain sales records within our CRM Salesforce
- Support our Sales Development team with general administrative tasks
- Assist our Sales Development team by creating reports using Salesforce in order to help drive our go-to-market outbound strategy
- Monitor trends within HR and Employee Engagement and share these with the Sales Development team and wider business
- Help our Sales Development Research Team Lead monitor trends across our Sales Development team and identify areas for improvement or success
- Building strong relationships with the EMEA team, including marketing, sales, and client success
- Carrying out research to create reports and presentations on the market opportunities within the EMEA region. This will inform and support our go-to-market strategy
Skills
- Experience using Salesforce is essential. An understanding of how to create reports is desired but not necessary
- Well-versed in working towards tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and be well-organised
- Experience collaborating with different departments to achieve strategic goals
- A working or academic understanding of how EMEA countries and businesses operate economically and commercially
- Experience working with Excel
- An excellent level of written and verbal English
- Comfortable analysing high volumes of data to identify trends and inform future strategy
The Interview Process
- Telephone call with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team
- A 30-minute meeting with our Sales Development Research Team Lead
- Take home assessment
- 1-hour interview with our Sales Development Research Team Lead and Sales Development Director
